Use Paper Void Fill to effectively fill spaces in your cardboard boxes in an environmentally responsible way. Filling voids with paper protects your packages by preventing product movement as well as cushioning them against impact in handling and shipping. Our paper voidfill is provided in easy to tear rolls, so can be ripped off and crumpled up to fill box spaces. It’s especially effective when you need to protect odd-shaped products and multiple items with different sizes. This paper based void fill is a great alternative to plastic packaging, and ideal for ecommerce, retail, warehouse and fulfilment operations, wanting to reduce their plastic usage. It takes up little room at packing stations, just take from the roll the right amount to secure and cushion your products in their outer packaging.

(Must meet the qualifying criteria).

More information about Paper Void Fill

What is Paper Void Fill?

Paper void fill is protective packaging that fills spaces inside packages, stopping products moving around during handling. It also adds protections by acting to cushion the packaged product from impact in storage and shipping.

Common applications of void fill paper

When your box is bigger than your product, or if you have multiple products in your package, void fill paper helps to protect them.

Applications include:-

filling empty spaces in shipping boxes
Stopping product movement when in transit
cushioning products against knocks and other impact
Divide and protect multiple products in the same package;
protect irregularly shaped product
protective void fill in ecommerce orders

Paper void fill also helps with fragile and delicate products, cushioning against impact and minimising their movement but should form part of other protective packaging such as product wrap and robust outer packaging.

Paper Void Fill as an Alternative to Plastic Packaging

Paper void filler is a highly effective alternative to plastic void fill materials such as plastic based loose fill.

It is also highly flexible as it can be crumpled into any shape surrounding the product.

It is made from recycled kraft paper so is recyclable after use.

How Much Paper Void Filler Do I Need?

The amount of paper void filler needed depends on your product and the surrounding space, but use enough so that the product won’t move and is cushioned from any accidental bumps in transit.

If there is lots of extra space, consider also changing the outer packaging before packing in the paper void fill.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I won’t be using this company again. The countdown clock on order page offering next day delivery was ignored, followed by a patronising email stating 1-2 day delivery then after telling me they would put it on the list for am delivery it arrived at 5pm.
