Our Pacplan® Airwave® Air Pillow Film offers air pillows in an environmentally responsible way. Created from 100% recycled co extruded polythene, Airwave air pillows are suitable for lining, interleaving and void filling packages whatever industry you are in.
Air pillow film is a protective packaging material bought in compact rolls for inflation prior to use.
A compatible air pillow machine inflates and seals the air cushions, which are then deployed as void fillers in packages while protecting and cushioning the packaged products in cardboard boxes and other outer packaging.
Air cushion packaging refers to the lightweight, air-filled cushions designed to protect products in packaging. These cushions fill empty spaces, stopping the movement of products while preventing damage from impact during shipping and handling.
Pacplan® Airwave® Air Pillow Film creates an air pillow with a size of 150mm x 210mm after inflation on a 700m roll.
They take up little storage space pre-inflation so can easily be placed at packing stations , producing air cushions on demand.

Yes. Pacplan® Airwave® Air Pillow Film is always supplied uninflated and needs a compatible air pillow packaging machine to inflate and seal the film into individual cushions.
