Yes! We can set your company up with a trade account, please contact us on 0113 263 5004 or enquiries@pacsafepackaging.com to discuss this.
We offer 2 methods of retrieving your order at Pacsafe, Shipping & Collection. Orders received for collection will be ready within 1 hour from placing your order. Collections will be made available from 09:00 – 16:00 (Mon-Thurs) and 09:00 – 15:00 (Friday). When you arrive to collect your order, you will need to quote your name and order order number.
We open from 08:30 – 16:15 (Mon-Thurs) & 08:30 – 15:30 (Friday).
Returns and Cancellations
If you’re not happy with an order, you can arrange for this to be returned to Pacsafe Ltd, Unit 4, Lakeside Industrial Estate, LS12 4QP. This will be at your own cost and all items must be unused and in original packaging.
If you have placed an order and no longer require the goods, please contact us using the contact page, quoting your name and order number and we will arrange for this to be refunded.
