Cardboard Edge Protection

Cardboard Edge Protection offers extra reinforcement when applied to the corners of pallets and or products. It safeguards against the weakest part of the pallet which is generally the edges. Created from layers of Solid Board, Cardboard Edge Protection offers supplier product protection and can be stabilised with tape, pallet wrap and strapping. Our Cardboard Edge Protection are made from FSC certified solid board and are available in a Kraft colour and 2 sizes. 

What are cardboard edge protectors? Cardboard Edge Protection is made from solid board cardboard and offers extra protection and reinforcement to the edges of products/pallets. Made from layers of compressed solid board the Cardboard Edge Protection offers a level of protection to help prevent damage to the edges of pallets. 

What size edge protector do I need? We offer 2 standard sizes when it comes to our Cardboard Edge Protection, both offer an L shaped profile of 50mm x 50mm. The solid board itself is 3.5mm thick by 1000mm in length or 780mm in length. 

What is the best way to use Cardboard Edge Protection? The best way to use cardboard edge protection is the angle the edge onto a perfect 90 degree right angle and secure with either tape or pallet wrap. This was help stabilise the load of help prevent any scrapes or damage when in storage or transit.
