Our paper wave pillow film is made up of 1 single 150mm x 210mm chamber, on a 300 metre roll. Our plastic film is also made up of 1 single 150mm x 210mm chamber with 700 metres per roll. Both rolls are small in stature and great for space saving!
In order to use our Pillow Film, it must be accommodated with either of our automatic pillow systems. Our PW1 machine produces pillows and quilts from the same machine and has an output of 8-10 metres per minute! (Thats a lot of pillows). Our PWN4 is our more compact machine but still has 4 high speed modes and can also produce up to 10 metres per minute! Both ideal for packing stations in high pace environments and are mobile and easy to use.
