Is your Pallet Wrap, Cast or Blown Film?

All of our pallet wrap, including our Clear Pallet Wrap are cast films. Cast Fillm is totally transparent allowing to see pallet labels, scannable barcodes making it easy to identify. Cast film is also very low noise compared to other films, making it widely accepted in most workplaces. Aswell as this cast has very good tear resistance, making It an excellent choice for wrapping and maintaining pallets that are regularly transported. 

What different types of black pallet wrap do you offer?

We offer 2 different stock lines available in different lengths and thicknesses. We offer a 500mm wide x 250 metres long and 25 microns thick. We also offer a medium duty that is also extended core, 400mm wide and 300 metres long and 17 microns thick. Both accompany our Pallet Wrap Dispenser perfectly. 

What is Pallet Wrap generally used for?

Pallet Wrap is mainly used for securing loads onto pallets and stabilising goods. Black Pallet Wrap is totally opaque which means goods are hidden under the pallet. Labels would have to be stuck to the outside of the pallet to be seen or scanned. Our Documents Enclosed Wallets can be used to help keep documents secure to the outside of pallets. Pallet Wrap can also be used to bundling and securing smaller items, similar to our Mini Stretch Wrap.
